general Q's

  • business hours?

    travel within 5 miles of my Falls Church studio is included. after 5 miles the set rates per artist are :

    NOVA- $ 2 5

    VA- $ 5 0

    DC- $ 5 0

    MD- $75

policies

  • service minimums

    yes and no.


    yes, for on-location, on Saturdays and Sundays, there is a minimum of 4 services.


    no for any services at my studio in falls church

  • booking retainers

    to book the date and time requested, a 50% non-refundable retainer, and a signed contract, must be completed within 7 days. 


    the retainer goes towards the total cost of the service. the remainder of the payment is due 30 days before the service date.

  • need to reschedule or cancel?

    you have one courtesy transfer of date within 30 days with no penalty. additional reschedules may result in fees.


    you have 30 days from the service date to cancel, you will receive a refund for the full amount, other than the non-refundable retainer.

  • act of god

    the party will exhaust all options such as providing another team member to complete the service or attempt to reschedule, when possible. see your contract for full details.

  • allergies

     understand it is your obligation to inform abk of any known allergies to products or ingredients. abk is not responsible for any reaction due to the non-disclosure of allergies.
